However, behind the opportunities it offers, there are complex ethical, legal, and citizenship challenges. This article examines the challenges of AI regulation from the perspective of Citizenship Ethics, referring to the thoughts of Ahmad Muhammad Mustain Nasoha, who emphasizes the importance of Pancasila as an ethical foundation to guide technological development. Using a qualitative approach through literature study, this article examines the role of AI in shaping digital citizenship behavior, the risks of technology abuse, algorithmic bias, and the urgency of regulation based on the values of social justice, unity, and deliberative democracy. The results of the study show that AI regulation is not only a technical issue, but also relates to morality and national identity. Therefore, ethical and Pancasila-based regulation is considered a strategic solution to ensure that AI becomes a tool that strengthens Indonesian citizenship values in the era of globalization.
2025-11-11T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Ahmad Muhammad Mustain Nasoha, Muhammad Zaidaan Azhar, Gilang Bagistama Islamy, Nabila Azahra Nugraheni, Aurelia Dwi Kumalahttps://jurnal.litera-academica.com/ojs/litera/article/view/264Pencegahan Zina dalam Perspektif Maqāṣid al-Syarī‘ah Kitab Fathul Muin: Studi Implementatif pada Mata Pelajaran Kitab di Pondok Pesantren Raudlatul Muhibbin Al-Mustainiyyah Surakarta2025-11-11T08:43:23+00:00Rafiq Naufal Mufidlitera.academica@gmail.comDendra Yoga Pratamamustain.nasoha@staff.uinsaid.ac.idAbdan Syakurmustain.nasoha@staff.uinsaid.ac.idFebrian Putramustain.nasoha@staff.uinsaid.ac.idGilang Ananda Fidausmustain.nasoha@staff.uinsaid.ac.idAlifudin Ahnanmustain.nasoha@staff.uinsaid.ac.idHarits Fida’ Imadudinmustain.nasoha@staff.uinsaid.ac.id
This research discusses the prevention of adultery from the perspective of maqāṣid al-syarī'ah by referring to the Book of Fathul Mu'in by Sheikh Zainuddin al-Malibari and its implementation in book subjects at the Raudlatul Muhibbin Al-Mustainiyyah Islamic Boarding School in Surakarta. Adultery is a major sin that not only impacts the perpetrator, but also damages the social structure, heredity and community honor. Within the framework of maqāṣid al-syarī'ah, the prohibition of adultery aims to protect religion, soul, mind, property, and especially offspring (ḥifẓ al-nasl) and honor (ḥifẓ al-'irḍ). The book Fathul Mu'in provides a comprehensive fiqh explanation regarding social boundaries, guarding one's views, prohibiting seclusion, and self-control etiquette as part of prevention efforts. Thus, Islamic boarding schools function not only as centers for the transmission of knowledge, but also as moral fortresses that maintain the integrity and personal purity of students.
2025-11-11T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Rafiq Naufal Mufid, Dendra Yoga Pratama, Abdan Syakur, Febrian Putra, Gilang Ananda Fidaus, Alifudin Ahnan, Harits Fida’ Imadudinhttps://jurnal.litera-academica.com/ojs/litera/article/view/265Kebijakan Fiskal dan Peran Negara dalam Mewujudkan Keadilan Sosial Ekonomi Pancasila2025-11-14T21:40:01+00:00Anggun Nabillah Sunarno Putrilitera.academica@gmail.comQurrotul 'Aini Sulhalitera.academica@gmail.comTyas Azzahralitera.academica@gmail.comMuhammad Hasan Hafidzlitera.academica@gmail.com
This article discusses the Pancasila economic system in relation to social justice and the challenges posed by global neoliberalism. The Pancasila economic system places humans as the subjects of development, emphasizing the principles of kinship, mutual cooperation, and sustainability in managing resources. Its primary goal is to achieve common prosperity and reduce social inequality. In contrast, global neoliberalism tends to emphasize free market mechanisms that often overlook aspects of social justice. Through a literature review and policy analysis, this article identifies government strategies to achieve social justice, including: strengthening the state's role in resource distribution, empowering cooperatives and small-medium enterprises, enhancing social protection for vulnerable groups, and promoting national economic sovereignty amidst globalization. This article concludes that implementing the Pancasila economic system requires a strong commitment from the government and active participation from society to become a fair and sustainable alternative in the era of global neoliberalism.
2025-11-14T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Anggun Nabillah Sunarno Putri, Qurrotul 'Aini Sulha, Tyas Azzahra, Muhammad Hasan Hafidz
